The historical estate Paço dos Cunhas, one of the most important noble residences in the country, and the legendary Vinha do Contador, an architectural heritage of the village of Santar, mark the beginning of this jeep tour that will show you the manor-houses and noble houses of the village. Leaving the town behind, we enter the immensity of the vineyards that surround Casa de Santar’s cellar and visit Vinha dos Amores to contemplate one of the largest patches of vineyards in the region, with a mandatory stop at the century-old oak tree. For the tasting, we chose the Casa de Santar Reserva White and Casa de Santar Reserva Red, paired with a typical gastronomic experience from Beira with the Noble Board, created by Chef Henrique Ferreira.
