The Portal has no profit goals whatsoever, and there is no underlying commercial interest or any other interest in the selection of presented contents. Portal contents are based on editorial and marketing criteria and aim exclusively at simplifying the choice of Portugal as a destination for wine tourism.
However, users must read the Use Terms and Conditions before browsing the Portal.
The Portal use and permanence on the Portal imply the unreserved acceptance of its terms and conditions by the visitor/user, hence, users/visitors must promptly terminate browsing if do not agree with said terms and conditions.
The Turismo de Portugal, I.P. reserves the right to change the Portal appearance and configuration, and its use terms and conditions, at all times, so visitors/users should check said terms and conditions whenever they access the Portal.

Nevertheless, the Turismo de Portugal, I.P. cannot explicitly or implicitly ensure that the information found in the Portal, provided in it, produced, or issued by third parties is always up-to-date and correct, and cannot be held liable for any direct and/or indirect consequences arising from the use of said information.
Thus, the Turismo de Portugal I.P. recommends that Portal users directly contact the mentioned organizations and companies, in order to obtain confirmation for all information gathered.

Interpretation and Jurisdiction
All issues arising from the interpretation of these use terms and conditions and all disputes in the scope of this Portal shall be governed exclusively by the Portuguese law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Lisbon.
