ALIANÇA VINHOS DE PORTUGAL, a company founded in 1927 with a vast history in the wine sector, acquired by the BACALHÔA GROUP in 2007, thanks to a new strategy of modernization and restructuring of spaces and valences. One of the most relevant producers of brandies and sparkling wines, but with importance in the production of white, rosé and red wines in the Bairrada region.

The ALIANÇA UNDERGROUND MUSEUM is an allusion to a journey through an underground network, a museum space, a pioneer idea in Portugal, not only for being the first underground museum in the country, but also for the symbiosis between wines and art. Inserted in the great universe of the Berardo Collection you will have the opportunity to contemplate eight permanent collections: the Archaeological Collection, the African Ethnographic Collection, Contemporary Sculpture from Zimbabwe, Minerals, Fossils, Tiles, Ceramics from Caldas and an exhibition about a world of contrast “India – Myth, Sensuality and Fiction”.
